The Wilhelminapier is what most people mean when they say 'Kop van Zuid' — De Rotterdam, Montevideo, Toren op Zuid, New Orleans. All high-rise with concierge, shared roof terrace, and Maas-facing views. Asking prices range from €450,000 (compact two-bedroom) to €1.8 million (penthouse).
Outside the pier you'll find Wilhelminakade and the Entrepot district — former harbour zones redeveloped into lofts and hybrid forms. There's a high share of rentals here, and the for-sale stock is scarce but in demand.
For expats, Kop van Zuid is popular because everything feels international: English-speaking service staff, supermarket with a proper fish counter, cycling distance to Erasmus MC and Rotterdam Centraal. Many of our Singaporean and American clients pick this area for their first Rotterdam home.
