Privacy statement

Nultien Makelaars (Slepersvest 5, 3011 MK Rotterdam) processes personal data to operate as a real-estate agent. This page explains in plain English which data we ask for, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

What data we collect

  • · Valuation requests: postcode, house number, and (if you want a call back) your name, email, phone, and message.
  • · Active files (sale, purchase, valuation): contact details, ID copy (retained as agreed with the notary), correspondence and documents we manage on your behalf.
  • · Portal: email for the magic-link login and your language preference.
  • · Website analytics: anonymous page statistics via Plausible (no cookies, no IP tracking).

Why we need this data

  • · To call you back, schedule a viewing or execute a valuation — our contractual duty to you as a client.
  • · To meet our legal obligations (Wwft identification, NWWI valuations, tax retention).
  • · To improve our services — strictly on anonymised statistics.

How long we keep it

  • · Leads without a file: 12 months, then automatically deleted.
  • · Client files: 7 years after key handover (Dutch tax retention).
  • · Wwft identification: 5 years.
  • · Portal accounts without activity: 24 months.

Who has access

  • · Only the three Nultien staff members — Roelof, Coert and Onno — and only on files they are assigned to.
  • · Our processors: Supabase (database, EU region), Vercel (hosting, EU region), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare R2 (documents). Each has a signed data-processing agreement.
  • · We never share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

  • · You have the right to see, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Email hallo@nul-tien-makelaars.nl and we'll respond within four working days.
  • · Disagree with how we handle this? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

  • · The site sets no cookies by default. Your language preference (NL/EN) is stored locally in your browser. Analytics is run through Plausible — privacy-friendly, no cookies, no IP tracking.
