Cookie statement

• CSRF token cookie for form security

• Language cookie (NL/EN) — only placed after you change language

2. Functional local storage (no cookie, no third party):

• Cookie preference (`nultien.consent`) — remembers whether you chose 'Accept' or 'Only necessary'

• Saved properties — for logged-out users, synced at login

3. Analytics cookies (your consent required):

• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly, EU-hosted. We only use this after your explicit 'Accept' choice in the banner.

We use a minimum of external services. External scripts are loaded only after consent:

• Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly statistics, EU-hosted, cookieless)

• OpenStreetMap tiles (on property detail pages for the map)

• Resend (sending transactional emails after form submission)

• Supabase (database for our content) — hostname mzrxpvrckbrmghwrhulc.supabase.co

No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party marketing trackers.

At your first visit the cookie banner shows three options: 'Accept analytics', 'Only necessary', or the privacy link for more information.

We store your choice locally in your browser. Want to change your choice? Clear the site data via your browser settings — the banner will reappear.
